We are open on Fridays and Saturdays 10 to 1 weather permitting. All other days are by appointment only.
Adopt a Family Companion
Adoptions:
At our Animal sanctuary and adoption center we will introduce you to our rescue dogs living at the farm and share details about each one's health and behaviors that we know about so it will help you with your decision to adopt. Our volunteers will also provide you with all the information you need to set up your home for your new family member to help make the transition into a loving family an easy one.
Adoption Process:
- We first introduce new dogs on Social Media.
- in About 10 days we post info we have learned about our furry friend and open adoption applications on this website.
- All dogs will be spayed/neutered micro-chipped and UTD on all shots
- Applications are processed based on the dog of interest so be sure to click on the adopt button under the dog you are interested in. We do not have a "General" application because every dogs needs are different.
Our mission and promise to our rescue dogs is to not just find a great home but the right home to live out their lives. You also have to understand that these are rescue dogs and we will never know any history on these guys so it may be a bumpy road getting them settled in. You need to be patient with them.
We try hard to list all of the pertinent info about each dog on the site so you can choose who will be the best fit with your family and lifestyle. If you don’t see a specific dog on the site, he/she is not ready for adoption. Please be patient and wait until the post appears on our website with an available application to fill out.
We base our adoption decisions on the best fit not on a first-come, first-served basis. That being said we will pick a few applications out of the many we receive on a dog and have them come in to see how everyone does with each other and pick a family. Everyone in the household must be part of this process.
